Episode #24: This week on the podcast I am interviewing Lisa Ong. Lisa is an award-winning diversity and inclusion strategy consultant, speaker, and professional certified executive coach.
As a widely-known “talent gardener” and “inclusion connector,” CEOs hire her to co-create their diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy to cultivate belonging cultures as great places to work.
Before launching Wishing Out Loud LLC, she was a national diversity director in PwC’s Office of Diversity and Inclusion, an HR director, and a financial audit senior manager.
Dallas magazine, D CEO named her to The Dallas 500 in their 2021 and 2020 directories as “one of the most powerful business leaders in DFW” in the “Consultants” and “Corporate Diversity Officer” categories.
She shares how she has been able to work in her vocation throughout her life and she also gives a lot of practical tips on how to stay connected with our network.
Lisa would also like to share her renewed purpose to ask others to help join efforts to stop bullying, racism and hate in all forms. The attacks and hate crime killings and abuse on the Asian community have been happening over a year in individual episodes and did not get wide attention until another killing spree. Please see the link to her recent LinkedIn Post.
